Job Description:
  • Manage safe and efficient operation of the Complex
  • Should be able to assume a Leadership Role in HSE and its implementation
  • Be able to exercise effective control over variable cost and budget related to operations
  • Be able to effectively determine training & development needs of the team for their capacity and capability building
  • Work closely with support functions to ensure top quality health and maintenance of Plant Assets.
  • Work closely with support functions with a view to continuously improve the capacity and efficiency of the Plant Assets.

  • Ensure implementation of a culture that nurtures company Core Value & Behaviors.
 
Skills Required
Candidate must be proficient and resourceful enough to fill most customer requirements like:
 
Sound knowledge of Chemical Engineering and its applications
Fair idea of other disciplines like Mechanical, E&I etc.
Sound understanding and application of HSE requirements
Good understanding of Fertilizer Technologies
Leadership, team player and conflict resolution3D Studio MAX, V-Ray, Excelent understanding of rigging and skinning, Experience with ZBrush and Mudbox is a plus,
