| Job Description: |
|
Purpose:
This position is primarily responsible for Sales Calls which will contribute to company's customer growth in units sold and revenue attained. This representative is responsible for increasing the sell-in percentages of all CORE products.
Principal Accountabilities
- Executes Sales Calls which will result in maximizing sell-in percentages.
- Educates and becomes an expert on company products or services.
- Supports customers in purchase of product and placing orders over the phone.
- Answers inquiries regarding product and services.
- Enter details and accurately updating information in computer systems.
- Meeting or exceeding monthly / quarterly / annual computer sales goals & teamgoals.
- Creating and maintaining relationships with customers.
- Providing exceptional levels of service to every customer via phone.
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving in an efficient and timely manner.
- Demonstrating excellent oral and written communication skills.
Key Performance Indicators
- Ability to communicate effectively in English without accent issues
- Knowledge of the Program, Salesmanship, Use of Rebuttals, Script Flow.
- Ability to use OS, CRM and Telephony hardware.
Competencies
- 1-3 years high volume call center experience required.
- Sales experience preferred, with demonstrated success in an sales role.
