- Serves as Senior Software Engineer in development of Enterprise Resource Planning Software for Qadri Group
- Plans, executes, and finalizes development according to deadlines with the best possible quality
- Delegates responsibilities, analyzes results and evaluate completed tasks of Software Developers
- Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise Developers and troubleshoot problem areas
- Ensures proper execution of Software Development Life Cycle including quality assurance and project documentation
- Deploys the modules, trained the users and respond to the queries of the Qadri Group employee with proper solutions
