Job Description:
  • Preparation of all staffing letters i.e. Offer letters, Top Performer, Promotion, and Increments.
  • Preparation and updating of Employee Data.
  • Preparation of Monthly Roster as per requirement of LCC Corporate.
  • Verify all the documents in the employees personal file and complete it if any document is missing yet. Employee Personal file must include Photographs, Contracts, and Educational & Experience Certificates.
  • Prepare claims of insurance and forward it to insurance company.
  • Issuance of offer letters to new comers and gathering information from them.
  • Prepare Attendance record on monthly basis.
  • Prepare salary slips and its successful distribution to all regions. And also responsible for all dispatching documents.
  • Responsible for collect the employee history form of new joining, and also get confirmation of any documents issued to Admins.
  • 1 to 2 years experience shall be required.
