Job Description:

We are looking for Male/Female Telesales Representatives who can speak fluent English. Agents will be responsible for calling foreign customers for new sales promotions services related benefits, customer satisfaction surveys & after sales service etc. Training will be given to selected candidates only.

Skills Required
Candidate must be proficient and resourceful enough to fill most customer requirements like:
 
Fluency in written & spoken English language

- Capability to understand and follow the procedures and advise customers accordingly.

- Knowledge of the Program, Salesmanship, Use of Rebuttals,
Script Flow.

- Ability to use Computer, CRM and Telephony hardware.
