The company has registered operations in UK and Canada, while a representative based in USA. The company plans to invest over US $3 Million in building state of the art infrastructure for call center in next 18-24 months and a land has been acquired on main Road in Korangi industrial area. The board, comprising of top notch professionals, is responsible to define companys direction, and review its performance in periodic board meetings. The company has set itself uphill task to be a noticeable player on the international map of BPO industry and be one of the leading company in its category in Pakistan. The company is looking for an individual, who has following qualification, experience, skills and personality traits to lead the company. A: MBA or Masters from leading university in Pakistan or abroad B: over all 12-15 experience, minimum 32 years of age, at least 6 years on senior management position as departmental head. Experience in software development industry or in any business process industry which serves to international market needs. Experience in international business development is a must. JD: To develop international business channels. Coming up with new business ideas pertaining to BPO industry. Achieving operating efficiency through Trainings, SOPs and quality assurance. Skills: strategic Business planning skills, Business operations management skills, infrastructure & H R capacity building capability, organized, having excellent written and spoken communication and presentation skills.
