The successful individual will have a strong background in Microsoft .NET and maximum 4 years of web based application testing experience. The following general skills would be advantageous:

• BS / MS degree in computer sciences from reputable university
• 2 to 4 years of experience as QA Test Engineer
• Rock solid object-oriented concepts
• Able to write functional test cases using .Net (C#)
• Should have the experience for automated, stress and load testing of n-tier applications
• Should be able to work closely with development, support and implementation teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Able to solve complex problems and reach a workable solution
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong work ethic
• Driven, self-motivated individuals with a strong desire to succeed
