Job Description:

Noon Suger Mills is looking for Personal Assistant to Chairman who will responsible for:

  1. Processes all incoming emails, letters, and other correspondence
  2. To assist Chairman/directors in travel arrangements.
  3. To do correspondence with domestic and overseas suppliers and customers
  4. To correspond with Government departments and Embassies.
  5. To assist Chairman in management of daily appointments and meeting
  6. To arrange meetings and write minutes thereof.
  7. To help in HR work
  8. To manage office decor and maintain office equipment.
  9. To do any other task given by Chairman.
  10. Perform other tasks required by Chairman.

Skills Required

  • Displaying ability to plan and organize the work
  • Having good command in English , both oral and written.
  • Public Relations Skills
  • Attendance & Punctuality
  • Work interest, devotion and commitment
