Carryout the quality assessment of TVET institutes for selection
Design conceptual and practical framework needed for upgrading TVET sector leading towards employability
Develop capacity building plan for TVET institutes in coordination with local partners
Design training products and their packages as per the private sector needs
Create linkages of TVET institutes with national/international bodies for curricula standardization and accreditation purposes
To lead on establishing baseline information of TVET in general and employment information in particular
Introduce new demand driven vocational and technical trainings
Facilitate stakeholder meetings/workshops/seminars relevant to the project scope
Carryout frequent field visits, monitor and support on-going trainings in targeted institutes and ensure that the quality of training is up to the agreed standard
Maintain high ethical standards at all times, avoiding any actual or perceived conflicts of interest
