Design the monitoring & evaluation mechanism in consultation with project team and other stakeholders
Developing, implementing and overseeing program performance management and reporting systems
Ensure the timely and successful implementation of the planned activities are successfully implemented
Carryout monitoring & evaluation of the training programs, institutes and trainees during pre and post training phase
Provide timely feedback to program team and share field observation reports for improvement
Develop and maintain system for monitoring & evaluation documentation
Generate periodic reports for information and review by the management, funding agency and stakeholders
Maintain high ethical standards at all times, avoiding any actual or perceived conflicts of interest
