Job Description:
  • Develops creative layouts, look-n-feel and interactive navigation systems for web sites and web based applications ensuring a great user experience
  • Creates markup, JavaScript, style sheets and other UI elements in line with the prevailing best practices
  • Creates, reviews, enhances application user interfaces that are aesthetically appealing, intuitive, functionally appropriate and user friendly
  • Coordinates with graphic designers to incorporate other GUI elements including graphics, animations, videos etc.
 
Skills Required
Candidate must be proficient and resourceful enough to fill most customer requirements like:
 
2+ years experience in web design and development
A creative mind with great aesthetic sense
Excellent web design skills with proven track record in GUI design
Sound knowledge of interactive web design and usability principles and best practices
Skills in graphics (Photoshop, Freehand / Corel Draw) would be preferable but not essential
Excellent HTML, DHTML, CSS, JavaScript and AJAX skills
Experience in server side technologies such as JSP/Servlets would be preferable but not essential
Good communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and team skills
Motivation and ambition to excel and grow
Ability to deliver in a fast pace environment
