- Verification/validation of all production network devices on weekly basis and ensure that there is potential no vulnerability.
- Review performance/resource utilization graphs for all production devices/paths and provide recommendations to management for doing capacity planning.
- Perform monitoring of IT infrastructure which includes production servers, network devices, network paths, connectivity Storage and voice quality/paths and take appropriate notification, troubleshooting and follow-ups until issue is fixed.
- Review entire infrastructure to identify single point of failures and provide recommendation to enable redundancy.
- Look for potential vulnerabilities in our loaded IOS and keep all devices with latest firmware.
- Provide support to different teams through ticketing systems.
- Conduct monthly security awareness sessions to operational and development teams.
- Provide necessary assistance and feedback to QE group to publish and maintain network security policies, processes, procedures and current configurations.
- Periodically review firewall ACLs, VPN access lists, VPN filters, VPN group accounts etc to ensure that it meets our business needs.
- Review our existing intrusion detection and prevention strategies and statistics and make recommendations for its improvements.
- Ensure that switching on all sites in properly documented and tagged.

Desired Competencies
Education BCS/MCSExperience2 years
