We are looking for developers who have been working on open source CMS systems. Some of the open source systems that we favor in particular are Drupal, Joomla and ROR. The candidate should be able to create or customize existing functionality in the system without having to hack it. Also, the developer should be in a position where they can contribute back to the community. The developer should be in a position where they can handle complex projects with deadlines.
