Job Description:
  • Order Booking at Base Station
  • Sales & Distribution Management;
  • Distribution Handling and Management;
  • Out Station Distribution Appointments;
  • Out Station Business Development;
  • Daily Sales & Stock Monitoring;
  • Market Return Control & Analysis
  • Data Management, Analysis, Feedback and Report Writing;
  • Target Monitoring and Achievement;
  • Out Station Distributors and Salesmen Training& Development;
  • 80 per cent field sales work, and 20 percent office work;
  • Involve extensive Out Station travel with couple of over night stays.
 
Skills Required
Candidate must be proficient and resourceful enough to fill most customer requirements like:
 
Minimum 2 3 years experience in similar role with national or multinational company in FMCG (Food and Beverages) industry;
Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point), Email, Internet;

The incumbent should have personal conveyance (preferably motor cycle for local base station order booking)
