Job Description:
  • Directly responsible for meeting production targets;
  • Develop and lead the production team;
  • Responsible for meeting Production KPI's;
  • Delivery of best quality products as per the market demand;
  • Manage the hygiene and product safety of the plant as per the International standards;
  • Responsible for the deliverable like Safety, occupational health and environment, plant budgets, long term and short term capacity and asset management strategy
 
Skills Required
Candidate must be proficient and resourceful enough to fill most customer requirements like:
 
Minimum 2-3 years experience in similar role with national or multinational company in FMCG (Food and Beverages) industry;
Excellent communication skills (written & oral);
Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point), Email, Internet;
