| Candidate must be proficient and resourceful enough to fill most customer requirements like: |
| Ensuring Inventory Management and Quality Environment as per Client and QA Standards. Support in the drafting / reviewing / revision of existing procedures, work instructions and document formats, in coordination with concerned departments Oversee routine inventory functions and coordinate pending / recurring issues Ensure all due diligence records are maintained absolutely for easy reference / auditing / verification. Review the compiled statistical analysis by the staff. Ensure Accuracy of Stocks / Inventories all the time for all Customers Monitor warehouse stock verifications Ensure that all damage products are properly received and managed as per the SOPs. Ensure all variances are promptly followed-up and rectified. Represent projects at different levels Ensure the provision of system generated reports checked for verification. Ensures spontaneous resolving of discrepancies observed Alternately avails a plan of action for sorting discrepancies. Review the Key Performance Indicator KPIs Coordinating in clarifying client queries Coordinates on matters of pertaining systems and operational anomalies Furnishing Monthly/Weekly reports Strong Leadership Skills Motivational and Development Skills Presentation and Communication Skills Good Analytical Skills Good knowledge of WMS Exceed Team Player |
