Job Description:
  • Develop business plans to increase revenue and maximize margin in line with organizational goals.
  • Deliver, monitor and report daily on achievement and pipeline.
  • Support and drive new leads; assist Business Development Executives in the creation, implementation and successful execution of tactical plans.
  • Ensure all opportunities are we qualified.
  • Manage resource to ensure effective implementation of processes and achievement of KPIs and targets.
  • Coach and mentor Business Development Executives in all aspects of lead generation and product knowledge in order to increase performance of the team and grow the portfolio of new clients.
 
Skills Required
Candidate must be proficient and resourceful enough to fill most customer requirements like:
 
3-4 years IT Sales Experience in a high pressure environment
1 Year Management Experience
Sound knowledge of IT Software, Applications and Operating Systems
Clear Evidence of constant target over achievement
Proven record of account development in particular with a complex portfolio of products and solutions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Team Management Skills
