This position is responsible to build and lead an effective sales team in order to maximize sales and market share growth, according to marketing strategies. This position is also responsible for implementation and execution of promotional strategies in the field and ensure that the allocated resources (both human and material) are utilized optimally in order to achieve set objectives.
Achieve or exceed allocated sales target and planned growth by controlling sales operations of the region.
Review doctors’ lists of the whole region at least twice a year, ensure the quality of the target doctors list, their coverage, frequency of visits and effective delivery of product message as per guidelines. Maintain record of target doctors’ lists of the whole region.
Analyze regional sales and competitor’s activities and prepare plan of action in order to increase prescription of CCL products. Keep on increasing prescription and prescriber’s base in the region.
