| Job Description: |
|
Key Responsibilities- A leadership role primarily responsible for planning, organizing, leading and delivering projects and programs efficiently and effectively
- Plans, initiates, leads and monitors company wide programs, initiatives and projects to meet the goals set by the top management
- Coordinates with relevant stakeholders to ensure clear identification, specification and common understanding of goals and requirements for programs and projects
- Engages and / or coordinates with relevant stakeholders for project estimation (time, effort, duration) and requirements change management
- Organizes and manages available resources to meet organizational and project goals and deliver quality products on time and on budget
- Interface with top management and customers and other external entities on project matters
- Strives to establish project management best practices within the project management organization
- Timely identifies, mitigates and reports risks to relevant stakeholders
- Involved in company wide project resource planning and resource management to ensure timely induction and efficient utilization of resources
- Maintains a healthy team environment and motivates team members to maintain a high energy and high performance work culture
- Tracks project progress to deliver quality work product on time
- Provides regular status updates on assigned projects to management adding clarity and visibility
- Facilitates in process improvement and establishment of high performance standards

Required Competencies
BCS or an equivalent degree
10+ years experience in Software Engineering with at least 6 year experience in a project management role
