· To assess sales potential of territories and allocate targets to Med. Reps · Monitor, record and communicate field force productivity on QTQ parameters · To plan and organize weekly/monthly and quarterly sales meetings to review sales strategies and design future action plans · To plan and direct Med. Reps. for organizing medical marketing meetings, symposia and speaker development programs · To monitor daily/monthly reports, expense statements of field force in order to ensure implementation of company policies and control of resources · Carryout joint visits with the Med. Reps to monitor his/her performance and to coach and counsel on deficiencies. · Facilitate MIOs in (Target setting, Appraisals, Career counseling, Development and Succession plans ) · To help HR in hiring suitable candidates and to provide them basic Product / Skills training to make him / her productive as early as possible. |
