We need a Graphics Designer. We are looking for a creative talented individual that has experience in Web and Graphics designing. The applicant should have a strong creative eye and in-depth understanding and appreciation of good design. Designer will have overall responsibility for working on a variety of projects primarily involved in web site design and development, including creation of custom graphics. Good experience in constructing sites to W3C standards and knowledge of cross browser issues will be preferred. Skills Required: One should be able to work on following

- Design Professionally Website Layouts/Templates
- Aesthetics to develop attractive websites
- Experience and good knowledge of CSS and HTML(preferably knowledge of JavaScript )
- Desktop Publishing
- Dreamweaver (any other HTML tool)
- Graphics Designing using
- Photoshop
- Corel Draw
- FreeHand
- Fireworks and other image editing software
- Macromedia Flash - Flash Headers, Buttons, Designs, other concern work in flash
- Some experience with MVC frameworks like Ruby on Rails would be added advantage
- Can do attitude and passion to grow professionally with fast pace
- Capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with optimal quality
