Job Purpose Responsible for the development and performance of all activities of MS department in assigned market. Directs sales & service teams towards achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values. Establish plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area Principal Account-abilities / Key Result Areas Pre Sales and post sales activity monitoring and execution by identifying the exact need of customer - Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
Provides administrative services to manage the territory team and project execution. Project execution and deployment of Medical products Identifying and resolving variations with the objective to meet contractual obligations and clients' requirements and expectations with in the limits of project scope, allotted budget and stipulated time frame. Monitoring overall productivity and efficiency of all supervised staff, & responsible for their performance Reviewing project execution plan. - Ensure excellent customer service by providing information, resolving problems etc.
- Monitor troubleshooting, repairs and servicing of machines, enable hardware and software at Customer's premises to the highest standards.
- Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
- Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
- Timely submission of reports to senior management regarding sales.
- Provides timely,accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
- Maintains accurate records of all pricing, sales, and activity reports. .
- Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines.
- Maintains contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Creates a team work environment.
- Monitor Tender business activities in coordination with respective sales staff and Tender Business Executive.
Communication & Important Working RelationshipReport to Branch Manager (Administratively) & Manager MS (Functionally), close interaction with the sales force for making them aware about product and target market.
