  • Make calls to Hot Warm / Cold / Leads              
  • Customer Prospecting
  • Customer Service Assurance Calls to existing customer
  • Order talking.
  • Planned telephone calls a day before salesman’s visit.
  • Received random calls from customer.
  • Daily Call Reports- DSF.
  • Keep and update the call report
  • Data analysis and record keeping.
  • Salesman’s log sheet maintenance.
  • Updating customer information in the system.
  • Submission of monthly report like, Tour plan, Span cop, Sales forecast.
  • Any specify job assigned by management.
