· Have sound skills and proficiency in developing concept notes, official correspondence, coordinating official tasks and managing work plans.

· Incumbent must have the ability to take/develop minutes, developing and properly delivering presentations

· Incumbent must have the ability to prepare BoD Agenda, distribute, arrange BOD & Sub-Committee meetings/Reveiw, & continuously keep follow up of decision taken in meetings/review.

  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines

· Ability to travel throughout project sites and other places on ED’s instructions/assigned tasks

· Understanding on tracking/pursuing tasks and deliverables.

• Incumbent must have computer proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and Power Point.
