| Job Description: |
|
- Handling different client projects.
- Work closely with the marketing department to understand the requirements of the client.
- Assessing the requirements of the client and selecting an appropriate vendor.
- Preparing Bill of Material for the outsourced project.
- Work closely with the vendor and brief them in detail about the requirements of the client.
- Preparing the Supplier list.
- Preparing Planning sheet for the purchase of the material.
- Preparing the Funds Detail Sheet for the funds required to complete the task.
- To liaison with the vendor to make sure that he understands the quality standards.
- To continuously explore the market to find new vendors.
- Maintaining and updating vendors database.
- Prepare the necessary documents required for the smooth working.
- Arrange the timely delivery of the supplies to the vendor.
- To liaison with the vendor to prepare the production plans.
- Liaison with the vendor to ensure the timely delivery of the deliverable's to the client.
- Liaison with the vendor to ensure the quality standards of the product.
- To prepare the inventory sheet.
