Operations Manager would be required to:
- Ensure that all clients and customers are satisfied with provided Security Services in terms of manpower, electronic hardware and software
- Co-ordinate with company management as well as technical and IT staff to ensure smooth operations
- Arrange timely Sales Invoices for clients and customers
- Co-ordinate with finance departments of the company and clients for prompt, periodical accounts reconciliation
- Make new customers and build business
- Discuss and finalize Customer / Client Agreements
- Forecast customer needs and make arrangements of goods and services, within the company, well in time so that provided services are prompt and timely
- Be creative in management and salesmanship
