Finance Manager
Job Description:
“Protégé Global” is a US based organization and has openings for Managerial Position. We are a technology center and grooming our business and people with latest technology coming in market. Company is looking for competent Finance Manager for our Karachi office who can take Ownership, do Research and use his/ her Analytical skills, experienced and responsible to be the back bone of day-to-day operations.
Support Chief financial Officer by providing financial stewardship of company assets and activities by maintaining a strong internal control environment and by providing timely and accurate financial and management reporting of S&D in accordance with local requirements and PCI policy.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:-
Reports to: Chief Financial officer
· Supervisor: 1 Peers: 05 Subordinates
· Principle Accountabilities:
· Transaction processing and GCS
· Must be able to analyze all financial statements.
· Daily booking of receipts from customers and depositing DDs in collection account.
· Sending account statements and invoices to distributors all over Pakistan.
· Liaison with supply chain, distributors, banks and sales team on status of orders and receipts.
· Enter payable vouchers of distributors' payments i.e. DTA & Swell etc.
· Prepare workings to support payment of distributor claims and operation team incentives.
· Reporting
· Providing assistance to chief Financial officer for timely and accurately month end closing.
· Reconciling accruals for month end closing.
· Preparation of bank reconciliations
· Preparation of financial analysis for Commercial Deck and early warning.
· Reconciliation of GL clearing accounts
· Preparing primary data for 3rd party auditors
· Tracking of various KPIs.
Knowledge/Skills
· ACCA/ CIMA
· Experience • 2 - 3 years of relevant finance experience
· Excellent Communication skills verbal and written
Competencies
· Acting with Integrity
· Must know ERP
