Key Responsibilities

•      Process service benefits of active employees.

•      Process and facilitate retirement and pension of regular employees.

•      Process and supervise the final settlement of regular staff.

•      Process and manage the insurance cases of active employees.

•      Laison with Pension trust  and Head office for settlement of retired employee cases.

•      Develop team for better customer services to current and retired employees.

•      Responsible for all processes linked with SAP and other web portal to ensure visibility and record of EFC activities.

•      Laison with Legal Counsel to seek legal opinion on family cases and other financial issues related to inheritance and service matters.

•      Communicate important messages related to employees from EFC platform.

•      Ensure statuary compliance of documents

.      Upgrade and enhance EFC image as an employee friendly place.
