Would you like to create textbooks that will be used by 10 million children across Punjab, Pakistan?

Are you passionate about changing lives through one of the biggest education transformation projects in Pakistan, and in the world?

Punjab is undergoing one of the largest education transformations that the country has experienced so far. Under the leadership of the Chief Minister of Punjab, the education reforms project focuses on improving education access and quality across 50,000 government schools for 10 million children in Punjab.

Under this project, the Punjab Curriculum and Textbook Board (PCTB) is now in the process of producing integrated materials for Grade 3 in English, Mathematics and Urdu for the academic year 2016-17.

For this purpose, we are looking for experts with strong pedagogical expertise who can support us in materials’ development. The integrated materials would include textbooks and teacher guides for each of the three subjects for Grade 3.

Skills

Absolute requirements:

· Master’s degree in the relevant subject

· 3 years of experience of teaching at public or private schools (at least two different schools)

Preferred qualifications/experience in:

· Textbook development

· Marketing and advertising

· Online games development

· Child psychology

· Story telling

Personal qualification:

· Structured in working style

· Team worker

· Passionate about education

· Enjoy working in high paced environments

· Good at meeting deadlines
