a. Identification of venue

b. Focus Group Discussions

c. Field visit to get basic data of local singers, dancers, theatre groups, poets and other performers.

d. Finalization of Local Artists.

e. Meetings with stakeholders to get time for training and performance.

f. Mobilization of Youth to attend the festivals.

g. Seminars and FGDs

h. Meetings with educational institutions, sports clubs, or other centers where youth participate in activities.

i. Meetings with Public Officials

j. Liaison with Media (F.M Radio, press club, Local Cable Network)

k. Developing and distribution of ICE material

l. Report activities to coordinator.

m. Maintaining contact detail

n. Any other assigned task
