Job Description:

We're seeking a high-energy, fast paced  business development manager with sound business acumen and natural sales instincts. Your job as a business development manager is to identify sales leads, pitch services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts. We are looking for CAREER oriented individual.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Cold call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities. Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.

  • Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings.

  • Proactively initiate and engage sales calls to new prospects.

  • Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.

  • Builds and fosters a network of referrals to create new opportunities for revenue growth.

  • Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements; tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments.

  • Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals.

  • Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.

  • Super independent and self-sufficient. You need little management, only coaching and mentorship.

  • You are punctual and always answer emails and calls.

  • Proven experience developing strategic alliances and complex partnerships.

  • Closing the sales and managing the sales order process

  • Maintain an accurate pipeline of all opportunities, contacts and account history within our CRM System.

  • Achieve short and long term sales targets.

Skills & Experience:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with strong presentation skills.

  • Ability to own projects across multiple and geographically dispersed locations

  • Excellent time-management and organizational capabilities

  • Own/facilitate creation of proposals as needed

  • Proven track record in sales/business development.
