- As part of the Programmes Support Unit the incumbent of the post will have the following responsibilities:
- Responsible for recruitment and retention efforts and employee administration.
- Work closely with the HR Officer to ensure timely and effective recruitment of qualified candidates, according to organization policies and procedures.
- Facilitate in recruitment process, including; contacting short-listed candidates for testing and interviews, conducting tests and interviews, completion of all HR related forms for new hires within the first month of their joining, and assist in orientation for new staff.
- Maintain a database of all staff
- Process OPD & Hospitalization cases
- Ensure that personnel files for all staff are actively maintained, up-to-date, and in accordance with HR policies & procedures.
- Ensure that all the leaves are properly recorded
- Process employee final clearances
