Quest Edutainment Center is looking for passionate, highly motivated and self-driven teachers for its Activity Center and Pre-school/Montessori in Islamabad. We require: Requirements 1. Minimum of 3 years of academic experience in early childhood education. 2. At least a bachelor degree in Early Childhood Education or Child Care Professional Development 3. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with adults and children. Ability to make students, parents and colleagues feel welcome and comfortable in a preschool/childcare environment. 4. Exhibits love, understanding, and patience for students. 5. Demonstrated commitment to personal and professional improvement 6. Work with colleagues in a collaborative manner 7. Communicate clearly, orally and in writing. 8. Experience in art and craft activities with kids is a strong plus. The candidate shall: 1. Establish and promote high standards and expectations for performance and responsibility by fostering an environment that inspires children and their families to flourish 2. Create & implement childrens development plans. Incorporate the use of a variety of instructional strategies and materials that are consistent with research on learning, child growth and development 3. Provide clear articulation of developmentally appropriate educational goals to parents 4. Regularly conduct child evaluations 5. Assists the principal or vice principal in day to day activities
