Job Description:

To issue legal notices to defaulted customers.

To deal, process and adopt all required legal proceedings in the relevant courts of law towards the relevant defaulted customers.

To file and defend cases in the relevant courts of law on behalf of the company.

To handle matters of the company relating to different government departments and authorities.

To form and vet business agreements within the legal framework of local and international laws in respective cases.

To form and vet other deeds and agreements other than as mentioned above.

To advise and deal legal matters related with custom laws.

To advise and deal legal matters related with labour laws.

To advise on marine/shipping, civil & criminal law and other relevant matters.

To attend and respond any legal notice served to company by any customer and party.

To advise and attend any other legal matter other than all as mentioned above.

To watch, help and support recovery department as to achieve the targets/goals of recoveries in respect of receivables.

To do any act necessary for the progress of the court cases. To consult senior advocates and take 2nd advise in different matters if necessary.To engage counsels for filling and defending the court cases where and whenever necessary after getting necessary approval of legal advisor/division head/management. To arrange/attend meetings with the parties/customers for amicably settlement of disputes. Any other authority or empowerment delegated by the legal advisor/division head/management.
