- Manage & monitoring workshop section
- Manage & monitoring fabrication section
- Manage & Monitoring outdoor operations R/S & Pre trip inspection at SPD
- Monitoring & checking of on route vehicles / drivers
- Job Estimation time / cost / material
- Customer relations about service & sales & purchasing activities
- Manage 5s activities on working floor
- Conduct Technical Training sessions of workshop team & fleet drivers
- Interview & test for new hireing and abnormalities investigation
- Fleet monitoring & coordination with on route vehicle staff about update reporting
- Presentation daily progress reports / tire rotation reports / job performance reports
- Official Mail correspondence with other sections & departments & companies & vendors
- Manage teams and teamwork
- Manage & Monitoring all kind job done according to SOP
- Continuous capability enhancement of workshop
- Monitor store & purchase section to maintain the quality
- Monitoring workshop equipment & Electrical section
- Monitoring Lahore Workshop.
- Defect analyses and proper countermeasure and handover to Service Advisor
- Monitor consumption rate according to the manufacturer spec rate.
