| Job Description: |
|
- Handling and supervising day to day plant operations technically and economically.
- To monitor the quality wise and grade wise production and make arrangements for step by step improvements to increase production and quality of the products.
- To supervise during monthly plant maintenance or as and when required.
- To supervise and manage all the production activities daily.
- Maintaining & Record keeping of production data.
- Preparation of daily, weekly, bi monthly, monthly and as when required production report for presenting to Management and decision makers.
- To ensure the good and smooth working environment for the workers.
- Completion of all the assignment with in time and to meet the targets for production planning.
- Keep eying at inventories and to ensure the sufficient inventories are maintained in store.
- Remedial of any problem arising during operation of the plant.
- To propose the transfer of workers from one operational activity to an other.
- To perform and ensure all the production and maintenance activities are performed according to safety & environment rules & Regulations.
- To understand, perform and supervise for all the smelting, refining and alloying activities and procedures.
- To understand the customer requirement and perform accordingly to meet the targets as per customer satisfaction.
- To ensure and perform all the production operation by economic, appropriate and calculated quantities of required consumables.
- To find and suggest the alternates appropriate and economical procedures for smelting , refining and alloying.
