- Credentialing for doctors checking their medical licenses and making sure that they are current or updating information for them or applying for new ones.
- Be able to fill out applications requested by clients for the radiologists.
- Be able to draft Client Contracts.
- Answer calls from Radiologists or Clients regarding their diagnostic studies.
- Ensure that STAT diagnostic cases are assigned and being done on time.
- Ensure that non-STAT diagnostic cases are being done within 24 hours.
o Check what studies are pending on teleradiology websites and send out reminders if they are not done on time.
o Check emails for any issues or missing information from any of the diagnostic studies and send emails out to the clients requesting that information.
o Call clients and request any missing or additional information for their studies.
- Issues with the website need to be dealt with promptly
o Determine if this is an issue that needs to be sent to the developer
o Inform the client if this is an issue that needs to be fixed by them
o Fix the issue if it can be fixed on your end
Skills
-Must have intermediate to advanced computer skills.
-Having a medical background is preferred.
