We're looking for fresh computer science graduates (or any equivalent qualification) to join our growing team at RCAPPS. The ideal candidates should have excellent English communication skills. You should be able to speak English very fluently. You should have experience as a call center agent or software support executive. You will be expected to execute a first level software support function. The job requires strict adherence to a formal standard operating procedure to provide first level support according to a very strict and comprehensive protocol defined in the service level agreements.

Should be able to work in rotating shifts (Morning, Evening and Night).
Should be flexible with office timings. Should be comfortable working on weekends.
Experience with a programming language will be a plus.
