Job Description

A Digital Media Manager will be responsible for overseeing a company\\\'s interactions with the public by implementing social media platforms\\\' content strategies. Their duties include analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interactions, and planning digital campaigns to build community online.

  1. Conduct exclusive research to understand the real estate industry
  2. Create monthly social media calendars
  3. Create and implement strategies to increase audience on all social media platforms
  4. Coordinate with designers, content writers, marketing and sales teams and make sure content is delivered on time publically through social platforms.
  5. Regularly post text, video, and images that engage the company’s target market, follow online conversations on a company’s social media accounts. You must constantly align content with customer trends and market changes to interest and engage people. 
  6. Cover events organize within the employer facility or outside. Coordinate graphic designers, videographers and video editor to market the event in best efficient way through digital content over social platforms.
  7. Perform social media optimization activities to maintain a strong profile health.
  8. Achieve monthly targets set by the supervisor.
  9. Analyzing the company’s digital marketing plan and social media strategy and identifying strategic weaknesses and making recommendations for improvements
  10. Understand customer & social analytics and propose growth plan to supervisor for each social media platform.
  11. Computer skills, in using social media platforms and skills in using tools that analyze social media platforms are requirements for this position. A Social Media Manager must use digital technologies to meet the goals of social media campaigns. 
  12. Digital Media Manager must understand the trends and techniques of social media as well as the company’s online presence to effectively handle social media marketing. 
  13. Timelines should be strictly followed.
  14. Make sure social media profiles are compliant with platform policies. In case of violation, reinstatement of social platform is the responsibility of social media executive.
  15. Prepare monthly progress report and present it to top management.
  16. Train and guide social media executives and interns.
