Attending guest at reception and attend telephone, maintaining of incoming and outgoing mails, escorting guest to meeting rooms, keeping guest arrival logs, coordinating with kitchen and Admin Officer to ensure guest are appropriately entertained, maintenance of reception area and meeting rooms attached thereto, keep complete log of meeting room usage and meetings, communicate with relevant staff in connection with booking of meetings rooms, ensure meetings etc. Additional experience Able to handle telephone exchange PABX system with above 10 trunks and 100 extensions.
