A well-established law firm in Karachi requires a female Receptionist/Secretary mainly for the following tasks:

  • Attend to visitors;
  • Answer telephone,
  • Screen and direct calls;
  • Take and relay messages;
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support;
  • Schedule appointments and maintain appointment diary;
  • Monitor and maintain office equipment.

Education and Experience:

  • Preferably holds a Bachelors degree;
  • Must be fluent in English and have a complete knowledge of using MS Word, Excel, Emails and Internet and preferably with a good typing speed.
  • Should have a professional personal presentation and well organized.
