Experienced Front Desk Officer required for our Head Office. Job responsibilities include:

  • to deal with all visitors/callers in a humble manner
  • to welcome all callers with proper greetings and connect them with relevant Officer after his/her approval
  • to take messages in case an officer is not available and ensure to deliver message on time
  • to make mobile/outstation calls for employees and maintain a record of all outgoing calls
  • to maintain record of outgoing mail, prepare envelops and follow-up acknowledgement
  • to distribute incoming mail to relevant departments/employees after entering record in Incoming Mail Register and send back acknowledgements
  • to mark and maintain attendance of all Head Office employees
  • to deal with all visitors and ensure that no visitor moves within office area without permission from relevant Department Manager
  • to support work at Executive Floor in absence of Executive Secretary
  • to ensure that reception area is kept clean and tidy at all times
  • to immediately report to Line Managerin case of any problem with the exchange/telephone lines/postal service and any other area under her responsibilities.
  • to provide support to other departments, if required.

Skills

Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet.
1. Well groomed and presentable personality.
2. Well versed in English and Urdu.
3. Energetic and enthusiastic.
