| Job Description: |
|
- Understanding, setting up and managing Email Servers to send high volume of emails. Experience of sending Volume emailing (1 Million emails per day) via multiple IPs through IP rotation.
- Work with Return Path content monitoring tools to spotlight content-related emails delivery issues
- Ensure infrastructure, bounce handling and spam complaints as to the best industry standards for maximum emails delivery
- Monitor deliver-ability stats on a daily basis, and provide weekly reports to management
- Build relationships with postmasters/delivery departments in major ISPs to resolve any ISP delivery issues
- Assist the tech team in the launch of new features, testing and users support.
Specifications: - 3-4 years of experience in similar capacity
- Understanding of deliver-ability issues and major ISPs current practices
- High level of initiative, able to work independently to implement resolution plan with relatively little guidance from a remotely-located manager, but ability to take direction and quickly adjust plans when necessary
- Familiarity with online campaigning model
- Familiarity with deliver-ability issues facing organizations sending a large volume of emails
