Web Developer & Administrator
Reform Options is a recently established organization dedicated to the cause of bringing concrete and comprehensive public policy options to the fore. Current work is related with Electoral Systems and Constitutional Design.
We are seeking to engage a web developer and administrator on retainer basis, where work is carried out on contractual basis on a fixed pre- negotiated monthly rate, however the precise work and specific tasks are not pre- defined.
Main tasks will include Develop web applications through packaged and customized applications.
- Create a company-wide Intranet, allowing data manipulation and security for each internal staff member
- Maintain and administer Web applications and all internal systems
- Add and update web pages on external web portals
- Develop and maintain database-driven Web interfaces
- The selection criteria includes5+ years of experience in web development
- Bachelors degree in computer science or related experience
- Must possess superior skills in Web development and use of related tools
- Proficiency in Internet related applications such as E-Mail clients, FTP clients and Web Browsers
- Ability to promptly provide support
- Willingness to teach and to learn
- Ability to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines
- Excellence in communication (oral and written), interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills
- Attention to detail
- Remuneration will be commensurate with experience
