• Provide a vital link between clients and candidates.
  • Buliding and developing relationships with clients.
  • Using different mediums to advertise positions, attract candidates and finding the right fit for the vacant positions.
  • Headhunting, using candidate database to match the right person according to the clients requirements.
  • Carrying out initial telephonic interviews and creating a pool of shortlisted candidates.
  • Requesting references and checking suitability of shortlisted candidates and submitting the details to the clients.
  • Preparing CV's in a presentable format and forwarding them to the clients.
  • Negotiating salaries and finalizing arrangments with clients and candidates.
