Job Description:
  • Assist the management with formulating marketing strategy for all regions, this will include identifying market segments, competitor analysis and distribution/sales channels.
  • Assist the BDM with marketing campaigns and all logistics.
  • Followup on all ongoing Business Development activities and assist with further developments.
  • A main responsibility is to manage an effective follow up via CRM and make sure work load is being generated on and resolved via the CRM system. To extract reports from the system as and when required by the BDM and the Regional Manager (RM). To report any flaws and errors in the system to the Business Development Manager.
  • Responsible to followup on leads and inquiries generated via any marketing means and manage the followup on the CRM.
  • Reply to written and verbal enquirers by e-mail, fax or general correspondence. Written inquiries to be answered within 24 Hrs.
  • Advise and counsel potential applicants where required in the absence of BDM and RM
  • To support BDM with the overall web presence for the regional office, regular updates/creation of country pages, social media, RMI via Content Management System
  • Support management with all inward visits by QM staff
  • Liaise with Administrator to update agents on applications, promotional material, Courses, University news, Scholarships etc.
  • To assist BDM and RM with any ALUMNI related activity. This is considered as a main responsibility which will include gathering data, interviewing and compiling profiles.
  • Responsible for coordinating regular staff meetings and maintaining minutes and followup.
  • Hold office presentations for staff and management to brief on ongoing, previous and future activities.
