SALARY: 15,000 - 18,500 per month

We are currently seeking to employ a number of Researchers to work closely with our team. This role is a great training ground for individuals who wish to pursue a career in recruitment.

TYPICAL WORK ACTIVITIES OF A RECRUITMENT RESEARCHER:

  • Sourcing candidates as directed by the Recruitment Consultants
  • This will include headhunting via sourcing from a large in-house data base and using social media including linked in and various other websites
  • Reviewing applications, considering candidates and shortlists
  • Identifying and evaluating employers' recruitment needs
  • Using marketing and business knowledge to extend company contacts
  • Maintaining current records and personal statistics for review against targets
  • Working closely with the recruitment consultants
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Degree educated ideal or relevant work experience/ skills
  • Excellent communications skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
  • Professional and confident manner
  • Self motivated, a confident and pro-active nature with drive and determination to succeed
  • Target driven with a positive attitude
  • Committed and Professional

JOB SHIFT: Timing 11 am to 8 pm (Mon - Fri)
