Job Description: Operations Director - Building team & directing e-commerce operations: warehousing / logistics in Pakistan, international distribution, call center, and content production processes
- Designing & implementing processes to ensure efficient flow of goods between suppliers, warehouse & customers
- Coordinating and controlling the procurement processes & supply chain management
- Continuously analyzing data to eliminate mistakes from logistics processes & optimizing all related processes
- Building a team to manage a quickly growing company & ensure that processes work in a healthy fashion
Desired Skills & Experience - 5-10 years of experience in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain management
- Experience in B2C warehousing or call center operations is a big plus
- Fluent in English, additional language skills are a big plus
