Worked as part of a senior leadership team
First-class senior stakeholder management skills
Solid academic qualifications in HR
Experience of leading the HR department, preferably in the IT sector
Experience of working in a complex matrix environment, preferably within the IT sector
Strong negotiation and influencing skills with the ability to engage
Strong knowledge of employment law and IT industry practices
Experience in handling critical situations
Strong analytical skills
Experience across the full Generalist spectrum including Talent Attraction & Retention, Performance Management System, Reward, T&D, Employer Branding, Engagement, Workforce Planning and Succession.
