Job Description

  • Training instructor / specialist will impart training for operation and field-level maintenance of Forward Artillery Observer Device (FAODs) for a maximum of 2 weeks after every 2 months for a period of 1 year.
  • The trainer is expected to be technically educated, familiar with and able to understand military operations.
  • Training consists of classroom instruction, including practice teaching.
  • The trainer will give demonstrations to provide army operators / staff / personal with the knowledge needed, to operate the equipment in the field, and, its general maintenance.
  • Work with individuals where necessary.
  • Test and evaluate student progress both theoretically and in-field exercises.
  • Manage training plans; update report and manage curriculum and field training exercises.
